kaccounts-providers software package provides KDE providers for accounts sign-on, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kaccounts-providers
kaccounts-providers is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kaccounts-providers package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kaccounts-providers *
You will get with kaccounts-providers package name, version, architecture and description in a table
